Shadie Banton-John is the director of Unlimited Possibilities ABA Ltd and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who provides consultation services for children and young adults exhibiting challenging behavior in both school and/or home. Shadie specialises in assessing behavior, developing evidence based programmes for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Shadie has over fifteen years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and other related disorders. She has worked in the field of behavior analysis for over six years and obtained her master’s degree in the field of Psychology from Kingston University, London in 2018. Shadie became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2020.
